Sifu Phil Switzer and Sifu Ron Kammerer
Sifu Phil Switzer (shown here on the right) has 25 years of Wing Chun experience. As a disciple of Sifu Bart Mann, Sifu Phil represents the 10th generation of Wing Chun under Yip Man. With the passing of Sifu Bart, the Colorado School of Wing Chun family is now headed by Sifu Phil.

Led by Sifu Phil, Sifu Ron Kammerer, and Sifu Jimmie McNeal, the Colorado School of Wing Chun has continued on thanks to the dedication of its students and staff. Sifus are assisted by two senior students, Sehing Tim and Sehing Jim.

On February 24th, 2008, Sifu Phil and Sifu Ron were recognized for their continued contribution to our Wing Chun Pai by being advanced to sixth level and second level Sifu, respectively, by Sifu Jerry Gardner.
Sifu Jimmie McNeal
Jimmie McNeal is a retired Marine of 21 years. His interest in martial arts was inspired at age 11, by his uncle, also a Marine, returning from duty in Vietnam. During his tenure in the Marine Corps, he had the privilege to train extensively under Sifu Douglas Wong, Sepulveda, CA (Wing Chun), Grandmaster Parker Linekin, San Diego, CA (Ed Parker Kenpo and Wing Chun), and Sifu Steve L Johnson, Albuquerque, NM (Jun Fan and Wing Chun).
After retiring from the Marine Corps, Jimmie moved from San Diego, CA to Boulder, CO where he began studying with the late Sifu Mann and Sifu Switzer (Wing Chun). Outside of Wing Chun, Jimmie is currently studying Pekiti Tirsia Kali under Guro and Wing Chun Sifu Stephen Joffe (Sifu Wong Shun Leung lineage) Boulder, CO and Soaring Crane Qigong under Adele Sommer, Breckenridge, CO. Since the inception of his studies, Jimmie's motto has always been "flow as water, strike as a cobra."
Jimmie was accepted as Sifu Phil Switzer's disciple and granted the title of Sifu in a ceremony on February 24th, 2008.
